Would have been nice to have something other than a pvpfest but I guess no one will return to blizz for a pve tournament, so they had to cater to the pvp players. Meanwhile, no new BG for years, but they'll come up with this crap and we're supposed to be impressed? I'd be more impressed if they made better content, instead of trying to be WoW fortnite.
The withebark village is not bad and you get plenty of goods there (mostly you land there alone XD
I'm done with Plunderstorm, I hit 40 on day 4. My 2 favorite drop spots are not represented at all on that map.
Don't forget the alcove with the boat next to the alliance fort. Can walk out of there Level 5 if you kill and loot everything.
So it seems that it's better to attack multiple mobs when you have at least one offensive ability and you can probably take out 2-3 with basic weapon by attacking and kiting and attacking and kiting. If have not tried it, it is really fun! I also found out that after a match ends, you can just leave and start a new one. No one has to watch until end of match.I suggest trying solo first. If you get killed too fast in your first couple of matches, then join a Duo and follow them around. Any plunder either of you pick up is shared so you will always get double plunder by running as Duo. They can also resurrect you. Duos go faster in the mid-late game and slower in early game. Solo goes faster in the early-mid game and faster in the late game.I see a lot of people HEAL when they are at only 65-75% health. Theres a little HoT to it so it makes sense. Always keep moving. Click chests and attack mobs. Try to get several enemies at once with your abilities. If you don't want to fight players, you can EASILY focus on the PVE and gain plunder and renown. Run from enemies early on if you want. Kills don't award anything in the early game - so you are pretty safe to gain a few levels if you drop in a safer area. When there are Elites nearby, multiple players will attack it, but also move around to position their attacks to hit the elite and any players there. Run in, attack, run back and heal. Repeat. Good luck and have fun! I've only played 4 games and this is what I have learned so far.
